10 Video Game Junk Items You Didn't Know Can Be Turned Into Treasure
One person's trash is another gamer's treasure!

Junk items are a popular concept in the gaming world. They're basically useless trash you pick up while traveling the world, which, aside from cluttering your inventory, can be sold for chump change or simply look pretty wherever your character drops it.
The general pointlessness of these items has been the subject of many discussions over the years, but did you know that not all junk items are equal?
Some of them, despite looking like just another piece of garbage to fill your pockets with, secretly contain great power.
Yes, sometimes, the garbage you find and create while playing a video game can actually be turned into treasure! Although they seem pointless, your worthless items can come with a hidden feature, which, when activated, will make them more useful than the actual good items you keep in your backpack.
From piles of literal trash that can be turned into high-value goods to byproducts of failed crafting attempts that you can weaponize to instantly kill your opponents, the following junk items don't deserve to be dropped and abandoned. If you know how to use them, they'll change the way you play your favorite games forever!
10. Roll Of Paper And A Broom - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

The Elder Scrolls series has always featured a huge collection of junk items that are worth nothing, and the first thing you're likely going to do after accidentally picking one up is dropping it back on the floor.
That said, there is one secret location in Skyrim that allows you to actually find a use for useless junk and, more importantly, turn it into something powerful.
Underneath the College of Winterhold, you can find an unmarked chamber called the Atronach Forge.
The notes you can find about it mention that the workshop allows its user to summon Daedra by placing the correct items in its front container.
However, what the game doesn't tell you is that the forge is also capable of spawning rare items like the Daedric weaponry and magical artifacts, and in the case of the latter, one of the necessary ingredients is basic household items.
By combining specific alchemical ingredients with rolls of paper, you spawn powerful elemental spell scrolls, and if you use a broom instead, staffs capable of summoning atronachs!
One man's broom is another mage's demonic artifact.
