10. Ultimecia - Final Fantasy VIII

Little is known about Ultimecia in the Final Fantasy VIII universe, aside from her being a powerful sorceress who resides in the future. She has the ability to manipulate and control people in the modern era though, giving her the potential to dictate the course of history and change it for good. Of course, in typical villain style, she doesn't do this. Instead, she plots to compress time and space, making her a living god, because helping make the world a better place (Ultimecia's future world is unbelievably bleak) is just not evil enough. Back To The Future has shown us that meddling around with past and future events can have seriously bad consequences but come on, if you're a time-bending sorceress living in a future where everyone and everything appears to be dead, surely it's worth a shot? Apparently not. Rather than use her awesome powers for the benefit of mankind, Ultimecia plans to completely destroy everything so she can become a living god... Not paying any attention to the minor fact that she would be a living god in a world that doesn't exist anymore - what a waste.
