Game: Pokemon Diamond, Pearl & Platinum None of the Pokemon villains are going to win awards for evil genius any time soon. Even worse than the famous Team Rocket though, is Team Galactic. With impractical uniforms that look like they've walked straight out of a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and intentions that make no sense whatsoever, Team Galactic would come across as clever satire were it not for the games they're featured in. Team Galactic is a crime syndicate so nefarious that their stated intention of wanting to create a New World Order is just a cover story. In reality, they want to destroy the entire world in order to make room for a new one. Or something like that, it gets a bit confusing. Cyrus, the leader of Team Galactic isn't exactly memorable either, with zero personality. This isn't an exaggeration. According to the game's lore, Cyrus was literally left with no emotions after touching Mesprit, the Pokemon of emotion.
