10 Video Games Only The Most Skilled Players Can Handle
5. ARMA III
There are military precision shooters, and then there's ARMA III.
Initially born from the desire to make a 3D shooter that carried with it as many aspects of realism as possible, the franchise quickly developed a hardcore community that revelled in guns, attachments, bullet drop, camouflage and everything else you can think of that replicates a real-world combat scenario.
By the time ARMA III rolled around, developers Bohemia Interactive were completely entrenched in creating A.I. scripts and missions that would challenge a fanbase already hungry to have their abilities pushed to the brink.
The result was a game that to this day is mired by "Is it too hard?"/"It's just right" binaries, but no matter which way you slice it, getting comfortable with ARMA III means putting a LOT of time in.
