Arguably one of the best games of our time, Bioshock: Infinite delivers what is perhaps not a realistic graphical style, but certainly an utterly stunning one. The bright-skied floating city of Columbia boasts a set of immaculately designed buildings and islands, detailed to the smallest of things like pens on a desk and a set of volumetric light rays that makes every 3D animator weep in envy. With the smooth shadows and the smokey combat scenes, even then the explosions illuminate the scene in such a way that makes it look even better than life itself. Each moving part of the game showed ingenuity on a huge scale, with fluid animations and high-quality textures even on the guns you use. Throughout every living second of this game, you get to experience a truly astonishing environment in which everything you look at just emits perfection.
