10 Ways To Tell If World Of Warcraft Owns Your Soul

7. You're Addicted To Collecting Achievement Points

Collecting achievement points in World of Warcraft can be addictive. Although it's difficult to 'complete' WoW, trying to unlock all the achievements is a huge time-sink, and mere gaming mortals will shudder at the thought of it. Only a handful of players have truly 'finished' the game. The titles, mounts and cosmetic rewards from achievements allow your characters to flex their e-biceps to the peasantry that surrounds them in the capital cities: "You may be a Champion of the Frozen Wastes, but I'm the Immortal, b**ch! Plus, you should totally check out my awesome dragon that you're too awful to ever get." The majority of achievements are now shared across your characters, so you can use your impressive arsenal of alts to help unlock as many of the achievements as possible. This is assuming you don't give up and cry at your inability to unlock them because of your lack of skill, of course.
