Something which must cause laughter amongst professional wrestling stars is when people get surprised that they're into the same things they are. Whenever a wrestler tweets about a TV show or movie, for example, folks jump right on it in an attempt to engage in conversation with someone they watch on a weekly basis themselves. Celebrity culture is a strange beast, one which has fostered this idea that the men and women we see on-screen are almost mythical, like they don't even exist and therefore definitely do not do the same things as everybody else. Obviously, this couldn't be further from the truth, and the reality is quite different. In essence, it makes perfect sense that a whole load of top wrestling stars would be into video games. Many of the names featured on this list were kids, teenagers or young adults during the 'golden age' of gaming, hitting arcades or being utterly over the moon to receive that new console as a birthday or Christmas gift. With that in mind, it's still surprising for many to find out that they favourite wrestlers are heavily into gaming, but here are some of the most notable examples.
