At this point, three months into the PSVR's life cycle, early adopters are desperately waiting for the "one big game" that can single-highhandedly justify buying in early and riding the initial hype.
Sure great games have come and gone but none have rivalled anything you could play with a regular old controller. There's nothing right now that's felt like the substantial type of game players are used to getting - and we are all dying to get our hands on a full eight-hour triple A experience that's makes the most of virtual reality.
Currently PSVR owners (myself included) have all their bets on the upcoming Resident Evil 7 to either make or break the console, but even if that's a success then there's a big question mark over what comes next.
