Pikmin is one of the most uniquely sensational game series' in modern times, with an army of minions ready to be farmed, plucked, and tasked to do your bidding as you look to rebuild your broken spaceship. It's blissful wandering around the lush environments, distributing your army to retrieve batteries, scraps, and parts. But of course, this is Nintendo, and they love it when you learn things the hard way. You could send all 50 of your minions to carry back an enormous orange, but don't turn away, with a variety of even bigger creatures ready to chomp or explode them all at once, leaving you with nothing. The multiplayer mode was equally fun, and equally cruel. It's a truly beautiful game.
