Odin Sphere was a PS2 cult classic. Leithrasir brings the action to the PS4, with beautifully remastered visuals. The game is a 2D, side scrolling beat ‘em up, with gorgeous, hand drawn style artwork.

There’s a decent selection of playable characters too, all with their own unique magical weapons. The game lets you run and jump around these environments, performing a number of different attacks and combos in order to defeat your foes and finish the level.

Whilst not a sequel, a remake, if anything, Leithrasir build upon the original release with new mechanics and features such as vertiacl platforming segments, new battle arenas and new attacks and abilities for the playable characters. Whilst each of the main characters have their own stories, set in the world, they overlap at points, and intertwine for a larger story arc.
