Still the finest entry in the AC franchise that side of Black Flag, Brotherhood took the immaculate presentation of part two and added the ability to micro-manage a small team of assassins alongside giving you more brilliant missions and a downright perfect fighting engine. How perfect? Well how about taking on a small fleet of soldiers and dispatching them in all manner of ways from killing them with their own weapons, deploying double-counters that just looked straight-up badass and having the ability to just throw two-handed weapons at any straddlers attempting to flee or gain some distance. In short, the parts of Brotherhood that if you were anything of a good assassin you'd not need to bother with were ace, and everything else around approaching targets, leaping from atop tall structures and taking out groups of guards from the shadows with the help of your small backup army was spot-on too.
