A more casual-friendly RPG compared to Etrian Odyssey IV but that's not saying it's easy because it's not. Some dungeons will destroy you and your item pool if you're careless or don't utilise your healing items and spells properly. The game also has a semi-likeable cast. Edea is pretty much the tsundere of the bunch and Agnes is the generic 'I fight for my people!' type. Tiz is passable for a main character though he is a little too passive. Ringabel, however is one smooth warrior and we should all aspire to be like him. The game plays like your traditional turn-based RPG and the menus and such are very accessible and helpful. You can also equip characters with the best gear you have automatically at the press of a button which helps the RPG newbies.
