14. History Of The Intercontinental Championship Mode
WWE are openly looking to reinstall some prestige back into both the Intercontinental and United States Championships, so having a game mode chronicling the history of one or both the belts would be logical. WrestleMania 31 will see a six man ladder match for the IC strap while John Cena has been moved down the card slightly to try and end the undefeated streak and claim to US title back for American from Rusev. After more than a few years of being nothing more than a prop, it's good to see the powers that be putting the titles in the light they used to have. Potentially, this could be an endless mode as there has been so many classics down the years. There's quite literally too many to mention. Opening up the history of the titles can only add more importance to them to the younger generation at least. Incorporating small video packages from the biggest rivalries will open up many younger eyes and add some emotional investment to the respective matches in future.
