15 Upcoming PS4 Exclusives That Make The Console Worth Buying
11. Everybody's Gone To The Rapture
Dear Esther and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs developers The Chinese Room move away from PC gaming for their first PS4 exclusive, a mysterious adventure game taking place in the English village of Shropshire as the apocalypse begins. A natural evolution of the artistic Dear Esther, Rapture is said to be a more wide-open, diverse offering, allowing the player to interact with the world around them as they try to make sense of the calamity that has taken place. Though the footage released so far doesn't exactly tell us much more than that, given the company's track record, and how visually stunning the game already looks, that's plenty reason to be excited. Like Dear Esther, it probably won't be for everyone, though as something completely different and totally divorced from the glut of AAA titles coming along next year, Rapture has all the makings of an artful, intelligent, and emotional journey. Release Date: TBA 2015
