18. Timothy Timepiece (Date Everything)

The characters are the entire point of Date Everything. If you don't like them, you'll probably have a rubbish time with this charming, bombastic, goofy game. Thankfully, this huge ensemble is shockingly well written, packed with strong motivations, unique perspectives, and clever designs.

Then, there's Timothy Timepiece. Oh, Timothy.

Date Everything's premise is that you're locked in a house and given the ability to interact (and possibly fall in love with) your household objects. This frustrating creep is your clock, specifically a feline-themed clock. His catboy design is a little jarring, but the game is full of weirdness, so it's easy to assume he'll be funny. Sadly, Timothy is about as repetitive and bland as they come.

His character revolves entirely around timeliness and scheduling, so that's what you get. All you need to do for his questline is be on time and follow the rules, offering precious little in the way of development or fun, especially compared to the other Dateables. So, unless you really, really like catboys, this character will offer you precious little.
