20 Cult-Classics Trapped On Old Consoles
14. 007: Everything or Nothing
This is a completely personal opinion. James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing is the best James Bond game. Goldeneye 007 is great, but it’s had its time in the sun, and it’s time to put it to bed. Yes, Goldeneye 007 is arguably more influential, and its mark on the gaming world can still be seen today. Everything or Nothing offers something different. Not just content with being a solid 3rd-person shooter, Everything or Nothing gets as close as you could get (at the time) to actually feeling like James Bond.
Developed by EA Redwood Shores (we meet again), Everything or Nothing has everything you could ever want from a James Bond video game: espionage, high-octane action, gadgets and car chases.
With the new Bond game developed by IO Interactive (that I’m positive will be brilliant) coming in 2026, I would love nothing more than to go through Everything or Nothing one more time (without going into my attic and rummaging through boxes or stalking eBay) as an appetiser to 007 First Light.
