Set in one of those alternate universes that are all the rage these days, Gotham Knights takes place in a world where Batman is dead and the rest of the Bat family have to take up the mantle in his place. This sets the stage for an ARPG where you will get to choose which superhero to play as on each of the game's missions.

WB Games Montréal are perhaps best known for Batman: Arkham Origins, a game that suffered at the time of release with comparisons to Rocksteady's Arkham games. Those comparisons always felt a little unfair - just because you can't play guitar like Jimmy Page doesn't make you a bad guitarist - and we're confident that with Gotham Knights, the developers can step out of the shadow of the Arkham games and put their own clever, creative spin on the Batman mythos.
