20 Upcoming Games That COULD Be Better Than GTA VI

The Persona franchise has exploded in popularity over the past decade since the release of Persona 5, and so there's enormous hype for the recently announced sixth main entry.

Even though this will be the first mainline Persona game not to be directed by Katsura Hashino since the second, Atlus has been hard at work on it since 2021, and for the first time in the series will be prioritising a simultaneous worldwide release.

We don't know much else officially about the game yet, though a recent achievements leaks suggests that it's set in the city of Yokohama, where players will investigate a series of supernatural crimes while part of an organisation called Hex.

Otherwise we can expect the usual Persona greatness - an RPG with turn-based combat and addictive social sim elements that'll eat up a few-hundred hours of your life.

Assuming you're done with GTA VI by that point, of course.
