A lot of people disregard the bouquet of flowers as a joke weapon, but if you keep it in your inventory, you can actually give the flowers to your date for a 1% bonus to your relationship.

Unlike other date interactions which give this bonus only once per date, gifting flowers grants you the boost every time you do it, so if you hang around the bouquets’ spawn points, you can basically give them in bulk and cut the time required for maxing out your relationships in half.
