Save from the final problems that have dogged the development of a number of comics, games and nearly the company itself. It is now a true multi-faceted entity with a highly successful film franchise, a renewed brand of comics and of course video games. Yes, there has been a long list of awful Marvel games, and films for that matter, but it has the honour of some stand out classics. The PlayStation and Xbox have had some seriously poor offerings but at the same time some of the best. This is also true with the current generation of gaming and all the way back to the SNES and Sega Megadrive. The cool thing about Marvel is the scope of the material; it is vast and as such the games match that. The list of Marvel crossovers has everything from beat-'em-ups to side scrollers and some great fighting games thrown in for good measure. There are a lot of good Marvel games. In fact, lots of them do€”well, at least 10 of them do. Here, then, are the 5 best Marvel games that have beaten out the rest of the crop to earn pride of place on this list.
