Even saying that name aloud should give you a pretty strong indication that things are about to go off the rails, and boy howdy is both the act of unlocking this secret weapon in Silent Hill 3 and then using it in battle an absolute rollercoaster.

Now as you might expect, as Silent Hill 3 is a survival horror game, it's not one to dole out meaty weapons from the outset, preferring instead to keep you on your toes as monsters of all sizes try to take a nibble on them. However, should the player persevere with the pretty rough challenge of killing 333 monsters which unlocks the Heather Beam, and then using the Transform Costume item, they will be rewarded with the most powerful weapon in the game, The Sexy Beam.

So far so sexy right? Well, the issue then arises from the fact that this super weapon is also laced with a solid dose of pure cringe, as now, in your survival horror game, you're watching a teenage girl pose suggestively and whisper "Sexy Beam" whenever it's used.
