9 Video Game Plot Details EVERYONE Missed

5. Batman: Arkham City's Big Twist Is Hiding In Plain Sight

Batman Arkham City Joker

Rocksteady might have dropped off the radar while becoming completely embroiled in the creation of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, but their Arkham trilogy is one of the true greats.

With Arkham Asylum secretly hiding in-game blueprints for what would become Arkham City, that game's Joker twist is also flagged at multiple points across the game - if you're paying attention.

See, as City's big reveal is that there are two Jokers, one real and one played by Clayface, if you flick your Detective Vision on whenever the more "youthful" version of Joker is on-screen or fighting you, you'll note he doesn't have a skeleton.

It's a super subtle visual clue that even if you did notice, you'd likely chalk up to "Well, that's just how Joker looks in this mode!"

Instead it's spelling out that this Joker isn't real, and the character has been toying with Bruce since the start.
