4. KT Tunstall
The GTA series has always struggled with strong female leads (Elizabeta is really it). For whatever reason, they don't like keeping the strong females alive in their games - or even having strong females, for that matter. This is where KT comes in. World renowned for her hit songs 'Black Horse and the Cherry Tree' and 'Suddenly I See,' Tunstall has a beautiful Scottish accent that would add to the intensity of whatever character she was hired to voice. Despite the fact that she isn't an actress, if I heard KT Tunstall telling me to kill somebody, I would kill them. She is not a force to be f**ked with.
