https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8n34fwkcJw8 When it's available: Chapter 3 Oswald Cobblepot's taken on a more prominent role in the Arkhamverse with every subsequent entry since the second installment, and while every Penguin-centric encounter had it's highlights, Arkham City's 'Gunrunner' side mission is quite possibly the best one yet. Taking full advantage of the awesome dual play system, "Gunrunner" pairs you up with Nightwing as he guides you to a series of vans which you'll then follow back to the Penguin's weapons caches. You'll bounce through Penguin's safehouses with your buddy in tow, leaving behind a mess of broken limbs and snapped spines. The interplay between the Dark Knight and his protege is an absolute joy to watch, and you can really get a sense of the depth of Bruce's affection for his young protege. Dick's always been the most worthy successor to the mantle of the Bat, but could it be possible that the time has finally come?
