6. "Men Like You Will Think We're On The Same Side"

After a return battle between Batman and the 'all-new' Electrocutioner (the one you knock out in Origins was his boss), Bats once again emerges victorious and leaves, only for the Arkham Knight to arrive and start talking. "Men like you will believe we are on the same side" he says to the defeated villain, "But you'll be wrong, because I know just how meaningless the rest of your lives are to this story" He then ventilates the guy with a single shotgun blast, execution (or Red Hood?)-style, and finishes the panel with "That is my power". It's a fantastic scene that both wraps up the one villain from Origins that 'got away' alongside establishing the fact that the AK is by no means working 'for' anyone, more so he appears to be playing everyone off against each other. However the flip-side to this callous lack of regard for villainous life is somewhat counter to a certain fact...
