4. The Snow Storm
If you're selling cocaine to a buyer and they happen to be a group called "the Angels of Death", it's usually a sign that they aren't to be trusted - except Little Jacob didn't know that and now he has lost all of Elizabeta's coke. Niko is thus sent to an abandoned hospital to retrieve it, but not before fighting his way through a labyrinth of ruined rooms taking out Spanish Lords and AOD members who all want him dead. Niko eventually finds the coke on a table - mission passed, right? Wrong. The NOOSE and an army of police have been tipped off and lay siege to the building, and you have to battle your way through a three star wanted level, which gradually rises with the more cops you kill as you attempt to flee. It's incredibly easy to get lost in the abandoned hospital amid all the mazes of rooms and corridors, and if you run into a dead end it could be fatal. With cops shooting at you left, right and centre, you need to figure a route out of the building, and the mission is made somewhat easier if you manage to get into a parked speedboat nearby. Otherwise, you have to find a vehicle and deal with a mob of chasing police cars until you can lose the heat.
