Rockstar have made enough money now, to REALLY take their time. Like Valve coasting by on Steam's sales to make development span years of planning and execution, Rockstar look to have been in Bully 2's conceptual ink n' paper stage for at least a year.

If that is the case - and the newest casting call is dated 10th October 2018, there's next to no chance Bully 2 is dropping on PS4 or Xbox One - not when Sony themselves are calling for newer hardware.

Rockstar's next project is Red Dead Redemption 2, and GTA V was way back in 2013. Clearly they prioritise play-testing and quality control, meaning whatever systems are on the horizon will most likely be home to Bully 2.
