Destiny: 10 Things You Must Do Before Rise Of Iron
5. Acquire The Ascendant Plane Shader
Since you're going to need to play the King's Fall raid on hard to complete one of the tasks from the Year Two Moments of Triumph, why not go all the way?
Unlike Vault of Glass and Crota's End, the shader doesn't simply drop upon completion of the raid. This time around, to acquire the shader you need to have one of every piece of harrowed armor, excluding the class item. See the thing is, it doesn't all have to be armor for one character. So you can have a Titan helmet and chest in the inventory of a Hunter with harrowed legs and gauntlets and it will unlock at the kiosk.
You're probably asking what the point in even getting this shader is, and really there isn't a reason other than the fact that it looks pretty badass. The Ascendant Plane shader has shades of Glowhoo in it along with the ever sought after Year One shader Revenant.
Honestly, it just looks pretty damn awesome, and it's a nice way to make your guardian look like a badass going into Rise of Iron.
