3. Cain Velasquez

Overall: 97Striking: 97Grappling: 96Submissions: 94 Cain Velasquez is the UFC's heavyweight champion with a record of 13-1 (11-1 UFC). Since his debut at UFC 83, Velasquez has showcased his exceptional striking with 9 of his 11 MMA wins coming by way of TKO or KO. As well as being a dominant force in the striking department, Velasquez was also an NCAA Division 1 Wrestler and has earned a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In a division dominated by giants with ridiculous strength and power but little skill, Cain Velasquez is in a league of his own. Velasquez often weighs in up to 30-lbs lighter than his opponents but uses his huge speed advantage to swarm all over his opposition. This was the case when he beat WWE-star Brock Lesnar in the very first round via TKO to win the Heavyweight championship for the first time. Cain is also dominant in the Heavyweight division because of the tempo he can keep up. Heavyweights are rarely ever known for having good cardio but Cain can go full-throttle for five hard rounds, making his opponent wish they weren€™t in the Octagon with him. Without doubt one of the most dominant champions in the entire UFC.
