4. Multiple Stage Boss Battles
Every kingdom in Elden Ring will apparently include its own boss fight, with a selection of mini-bosses on the way there.
The big-bad bosses of the kingdoms are said to be significantly stronger than their mini counterparts - in fact, the leaker states that the bosses will be so tricky, they'll 'test even the most veteran of Dark Souls/Bloodborne/Sekiro characters'.
These boss fights are also said to be multiple-stage affairs, where the boss will probably transition from one form to another, getting progressively trickier and trickier as time progresses. The Souls series is of course no stranger to bosses who change form halfway through, but it sounds like Elden Ring is set to evolve this even further thanks to the massive difficulty associated with each.
Interestingly enough as well, the leaker also reveals that 'Pray sanctuaries' are the new bonfires, and there's only be ONE in each kingdom. You'll have to rely on shortcuts instead for progression, which should make getting to these multi-stage boss battles even harder!
