After Western audiences were deprived of the popular Japanese franchise, the Kunio-Kun series (a.k.a River City) for over twenty years, there now is a flood of games coming at us monthly.

This is the third game releasing just this quarter. It steps away from basing itself around the satisfying thrills of bone-crunching street fighting and adds it with a nutty plot involving time travel and superhuman bash-ups.

The River City titles have yet to disappoint...so why would this one?
