Super Mario Maker dropped on the Wii U in 2015 to much critical acclaim. It was a full-blown level creator using resources from the Mario-verse, with the chance for gamers to create inventive and unlimited variations on the classic games.
Of course, it being on the Wii U, absolutely nobody played it.
Luckily, this sequel is emerging on Nintendo's hit console, so the install base is high - and with Sony's Dreams creating major hype in recent months, this is a great time to be releasing this innovating spin on the platforming plumber.
