The Tropico series is a construction and management sim, examining tough subjects like Banana Republics and warring factions during the Cold War era - yet it does everything under a cheerful and colourful facade.
The sixth instalment aims to bring forth more of the same but with a couple of interesting upgrades; you have the ability to play in four different time periods, also you're able to control a collection of islands instead of one isolated slab of land.
If your a fan of the franchise then this looks like it will be the best entry so far - if it wasn't your cup of tea, don’t expect to suddenly be now either.
