Fallout: 10 Most Evil Companies 

Clearly, there's no shortage of evil in the Fallout universe, but how about something a little more close to home... There has never been a more unsettling business practice in history than selling people addictive poison.

Cigarettes were widely used by the American public and were not only extremely addictive but also caused a significantly higher risk of dozens of serious medical issues including cancer. Despite this, cigarette machines were placed throughout the country and the companies profited from the suffering of millions of people who most likely didn't know better (as warnings on tobacco products were not strictly enforced).

The most prominent cigarette brands we see in Fallout are Big Boss, Grey Tortoise, and Pyramid and were so common that they can even be found hundreds of years after the war.

So, while some of the other companies on this list may have cooler sci-fi backstories and may mess with your head a bit more than a cigarette, it seems humanity may have perfected the art of evil business long before the invention of nuclear bombs and robotics.

Good old fashioned tobacco.
