5. Injuries Even After All Substitutions Have Been Used
Injuries in the FIFA series have come a long way. With the inclusion of more realistic collision detection systems in recent iterations of the game, players can now tweak their hamstring just by going on a quick burst down the touchline, which is both life-like and hilarious at the same time, unless it's happened to you. However, despite these improvements, injuries are by no means a perfected feature in the series. For example, a player cannot be injured to the point where he has to come off if the gamer has made all three of their substitutions. Just this week, we saw Liverpool forced to play with 10 men after Kolo Toure was stretchered off, because manager Brendan Rodgers had already made his three changes. EA need to recognise this scenario and implement it into their games, forcing players to go down to 10 men if a player is injured and they are out of substitutions.
