FIFA 14 Prediction: The Invincible XI

LS: Radamel Falcao (90 Overall)

Nearly every European behemoth with an ounce of transfer acumen was chasing El Tigre's tail this summer, only for him to park his clinical keister in Monaco €“ a club coincidently owned by a Russian billionaire and situated in a luxurious tax haven. Think what you will, but Falcao is undisputedly one of the best of his breed in world football.

Key Stats

Positioning: 94

The ultimate penalty box predator. His peerless intelligence in the area is impossible to legally defend against at times, because he's always at least one step ahead of his marker €“ the hallmark of an elite goalscorer.

Returning to the claim that EA SPORTS have buffered player behaviour and their decision making process in the new game, the CPU-controlled predatory instincts of the Colombian will merely task his user with providing him accurate service. Falcao will find space on his own accord, and he'll do it better than any other player in FIFA 14.

Finishing: 94

Once he's found enough space to warrant a goalscoring chance, the Monaco striker can put away chances with his eyes closed. 142 goals in four seasons with FC Porto and Atlético Madrid respectively has earned Falcao the second-highest finishing rating in FIFA 14 behind €“ if it wasn't self-explanatory €“ Lionel Messi.

Jumping: 93

He's only 5'9" €“ but boy, Falcao is great in the air. Similar to Tim Cahill, his giant leap helps him soar above markers who are a good few inches taller than himself and, coupled with his 95 heading accuracy, you can expect him to put away most aerial chances if he connects with the ball.

So there you have it, our predicted lineup for the FIFA 14: Invincible XI. Do you agree? Leave any changes you would make €“ or even your own XI €“ in comments section, below.
