FIFA 15: 10 Over-Rated Players Who Need Downgrading
6. Roberto Soldado (Tottenham Hotspur) 84
The second of Spurs underwhelming signings, at least Erik Lamela has periods of injury to excuse him from his lack of impact. Roberto Soldado has become the butt of many a joke for his ability to spurn even the finest of goal scoring chances. Atlético Madrid are rumoured to be interested in relieving Spurs of their poisoned chalice meaning they can at least recoup some of their financial loses. A move back to sunny Spain might be just what the doctor ordered for Soldado to rediscover his golden-touch. During his time at Valencia Soldado was the King Midas of Spain, scoring 30-goals in 46-appearances at Spurs he has managed to bag a feeble six league goals in 28-outings. His inability to score this season means his rating of 84 needs downgrading and his 88-finishing certainly needs readdressing. In many ways it has been like Spurs have bagged themselves their very own Fernando Torres.
