13. Using Your Mic With Strangers
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwQ5V27rgl8 One of the best features of the new generation of consoles is their sociability, as they allow you to easily form parties and play games with friends. Having your headset on in a group, chatting football and partaking in a game of Pro Clubs or Co-op Seasons is perfectly fine, nobody is going to deny you time with your friends. However, if youre sat on your own and playing against a stranger, then why do you have a headset on? More specifically, why cant you mute the mic? There is no logic to this. There is also absolutely no need to subject us to your foul language, horrendous music or occasional shriek from your mother informing you that dinner is ready. We do not need to be partial to every sneeze and cough, or be informed loudly that we are lucky after scoring that goal. Nor do we need to sit and listen to static at half time. Turn it off.
