9. Pausing Constantly
While most of us understand that people have lives outside of video games, there is absolutely no need to pause the game three times in succession unless its drastically necessary. It is incredibly frustrating to be in the middle of a game when the opponent pauses suddenly. You then wait for that short period, which actually feels like a lifetime, only for them to pause again, instantly. That means they have ran back to their controller and re-paused. What are you doing over there?! If youve decided to play an online match you should be able to stick it out and sacrifice the real world for the virtual one, at least for the short span of a 12-minute game. If it is so important that you have to pause, just quit. One loss means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Obviously, some people require their pause time to make a substitution or serious tactical tweak, and they are of course forgiven.
