Eden Hazard was only outshone by Luis Suarez last season, as the Chelsea man finished as runner-up to the former Liverpool marksman in the PFA Player of the Year award. Suarez was a beast in 2013-14, and no, that wasn't a dig at his now-infamous reputation for biting. For all the controversy that surrounds the 27-year-old, you cannot deny he is world class. And that has been mirrored by his rating on FIFA 15, with the Uruguayan rising 26 places from last year's position of 33rd to become the seventh-best player in the game. In the Premier League last season he was peerless, however, with the striker banging in a jaw-dropping 31 league goals in 33 appearances for former club Liverpool. Those scintillating performances earned him a reported £75 million switch to Barcelona this summer and also a position alongside new teammates Andrés Iniesta and Lionel Messi in the top 10. Unfortunately, we won't see Suarez in action until October due to his aforementioned biting exploits, but even his dark side hasn't stopped him from shining in '15.
