FIFA 14 Rating: 80 Aaron Lennon is undoubtedly a player in decline - but, given that FIFA tends to be overly generous to players whose main asset is their speed, it's unlikely his rating will decline accordingly. After a promising start to his career, he hasn't really blossomed in to the world class winger so many people expected him to become. Lennon has flattered to deceive for the last few seasons, as his mazy runs tend to come to a climax with no meaningful end product - neither his shooting, his crossing or his basic passing abilities are anything to write home about. Last season, he made 33 appearances for Spurs - 31 of which were from the start - but didn't impress. This season, however, he still appears to be in the plans of new boss Mauricio Pochettino, having played in the Premier League opener at West Ham. That said, he got taken off after literally offering nothing. Still, based on his speed alone, he'll still be rated higher than his ability actually warrants.
