Many would argue that Juan Mata is rated just about perfectly, but given his importance to Manchester United and the impact he's made this season, I'd happily see him bumped up another point or two. Yes, that's incredibly high, but I'd happily argue that Mata is incredibly talented. The 27-year-old still has plenty of years left in the tank, and Jose Mourinho will surely still be wondering why Chelsea ever wanted to sell him, especially to their league rivals. The Spanish maestro scored 9 goals and assisted 4 in 33 league games last year, though 6 appearances were from the bench. Mata was ludicrously benched for spells, despite being one of the most talented players in the division.
