Realistically, Luis Suarez was never going to be included in the World XI by the organisation that he shamed after his bite during the 2014 World Cup, but stripping away the controversy, Suarez is easily good enough to qualify for the team of the year. Following his move from Liverpool, and the infamous four-month ban, Suarez has formed a monumental trio with Neymar and Messi, the greatest strike-force of their generation, and many other generations. His movement is exceptional, his finishing is deadly, and his sheer talent has redeemed his questionable behaviour. Suggested Rating: 91
