German domestic football is probably more akin to the English game in terms of raw physicality. Matches are generally more high-paced than in Spain or Italy, and with that higher pace comes a greater sense of rough-and-tumble.
The German second division is home to Florian Ballas, a towering young centre back, and the ninth strongest player in FIFA 17. The 23 year old plies his trade for Dynamo Dresden, and stands a towering 6'5". Although yet to really make his mark on a grander stage, he still has plenty of years to develop and mature.
One aspect of Ballas' game that needs no work is his raw power, and he should be a welcome addition to any lower-division Ultimate Teams.
