FIFA 17 Ultimate Team: Predicting The Team Of The Year
8. CB: Diego Godin
After missing out last year, and the year before, Diego Godin looks set to finally secure a place in the Team of the Year.
As mentioned previously, Leonardo Bonucci and Jerome Boateng will both be unlucky to miss out, but for the small minority of Ultimate Team players who are fortunate enough to pick up Godin they won't mind. While the Uruguayan didn't win any trophies or accolades in the 2016, his performances speak for themselves, as it's very rare you see anyone getting past him.
Unlike Sergio Ramos' Team of the Year card, Diego Godin's Team of the Year card will be more of an all out defender. You won't be scoring any screamers with him, but you won't be conceding many goals either.
For those looking to pick up a Team of the Year card, Godin will be the easiest to buy. A difficult nation to link with other leagues will lower the price of this card. Ultimate Team players will probably only need to fork out between 400k and 600k in the first few weeks. That being said, that's still a lot of coins
