FIFA 18: 10 Things EA Need To Steal From PES

1. The Champions League License

Suffering from the same problems that plague international tournaments, the 'Champions Cup' in FIFA 17 feels lifeless next to the genuine article over in PES 2017. Konami's title features a proper Champions League mode, one that can be played individually or as part of Master League each year.

The biggest club competition in the world is a must for FIFA at some point. EA badly need to get their grubby mitts on UEFA's cherished tournament by hook or by crook. Playing an unlicensed European Cup competition just doesn't feel right these days.

We'd even settle for the lack of a Europa League license, because that Champions League branding is way more important to feeding the authenticity EA yearn to present annually. Seeing your team lift a cheap knock-off in FIFA is becoming tiresome. Get the wallet out, EA Sports!
