FIFA 18: Predicting The 10 Best Strikers
5. Robert Lewandowski (90)
For all his talent, it didn't feel impossible to buy Polish striker Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich in FIFA 17. He was expensive, sure, but not one of the game's most challenging to coax to your club from the Bundesliga giants. That shouldn't change in FIFA 18, especially now he's a year older.
Lewandowski jumped from a rating of 87 in FIFA 16 to a massive 90 last year. That progression will slow now he's 28 years of age, but don't let that put you off; an 80 aggression and 85 heading combo mean Munich's goal machine is still one of FIFA's best strikers across the board. As if aerial skills weren't enough, he also has 91 for finishing.
Whilst Lewandowski is on the cusp of leaving his prime, he remains a better player overall than someone like Kane or Aguero. Combined with one of those forwards and he'd be even more lethal, because his 79 acceleration would benefit from quicker players playing up top with him, but don't be fooled into thinking the Pole is done yet.
