4. Justin Kluivert - 75
Justin Kluivert is 19 years old. He scored 10 goals and made 5 assists for Ajax last season... from the right wing. Since then, he earned himself a move to Italian giants Roma and scored his first goal in the Champion's League. He's an incredible young talent but he's a mere 75 in FIFA 19.
As the son of legendary footballer, Patrick Kluivert, expectations were always high for the Dutch youngster. He's shown glimpses, but last season he began to really show what he was capable of. With his Champion's League goal for Roma, Kluivert became the club's youngest player to ever score in the competition. And, while he's a long-term replacement for Mohammed Salah, Kluivert has all the potential in the world to become a superstar!
This makes his FIFA 19 rating of 75 quite baffling. He's well below his peers Ousmane Dembélé, Christian Pulisic, and Adnan Januzaj. Kluivert has proven that he is a pacey winger who can score goals and create plenty of chances, everything one could ask for in a right midfielder, and he's not even 20! His potential is extremely high but he's already good enough to warrant a higeher rating that 75.
