FIFA 19 Career Mode: 10 Wonderkids You'll Need To Sign

2. Patrick Cutrone (AC Milan - ST)

The immediate temptation when seeing Patrick Cutrone's 74 rating in FIFA 18 may be to either put him out on loan for experience, transfer list him for some quick cash or buy a more high-profile striker to replace him. Don't do it.

Much like AC Milan's current rebuild job as a European heavyweight, Cutrone is a long-term project.

He's only 20 years old, has become a regular in Genaro Gattuso's squad and earned his first call-up to the Italian national team this year. In FIFA's world, he has pace, solid shooting stats and works well as part of a two-up-top partnership.

Depending on how you set up the team sheet, Cutrone can also possibly star as a lone striker. That adaptability is what makes him so dangerous.

Play enough of FIFA's Career Mode and it becomes obvious that some young players from other leagues don't fit in quickly to the rigours of Premier League football. That's fine, because Cutrone does, and he's bang up to speed after ten matches or so.
