Still one of the finest strikers on FIFA, Suarez beat off stiff competition from the likes of World Cup winner Antoine Griezmann and Golden Boot winner Harry Kane to make this list.
My main justification for placing the Uruguayan ahead of them is despite the fact the two arguably had a better year than him, it would be surprising to see a vast rating change for all three.
Suarez was considered a 92 on FIFA 18 and although you'd expect to see a slight drop in his stats, he'd still merit a 91 rating this time around, whereas Griezmann (88 on FIFA 18) and Kane (86) would need unprecedented leaps in stats to overtake him.
Indeed, after a decent World Cup campaign and helping Barcelona do the league and cup double in 2017-18, Suarez deserves this spot in his own right.
